Yasuhiko Arakawa is a Specially Appointed Professor of the Institute for Nano Quantum Electronics at The University of Tokyo, a Professor Emeritus at The University of Tokyo, a Program Director of the MEXT Q-LEAP, and the Supervisor of CREST Quantum Technology. He is a Foreign Member of the US National Academy of Engineering and the Past President of International Commission for Optics (ICO).
