Papendra Kumar received his B.E in Computer Science and Engineering from Govind Ballabh Pant Institute of Engineering and Technology, Pauri Garhwal, Uttarakhand in 2007 and M-Tech in Digital Signal Processing from Govind Ballabh Pant Institute of Engineering and Technology, Pauri Garhwal, Uttarakhand in 2011.
