Kevin Jeffay is the S. Shepard Jones Professor of Computer Science at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. He received his Ph.D. from the University of Washington in 1989. Professor Jeffay has published widely in the areas of multimedia networking, operating systems, and real-time systems and he currently serves as the editor-in-chief of the ACM/Springer-Verlag journal Multimedia Systems.
