Gregor Klancar received B.Sc. and Ph.D. in electrical engineering from the University of Ljubljana, Slovenia in 1999 and 2003 respectively. He is currently employed as an Associate Professor at the Faculty of Electrical Engineering at the University of Ljubljana.
