Fulvio Maria Palombino is Professor of International Law at the Law Department of the Università degli Studi di Napoli 'Federico II' and Vice-President of the European Society of International Law. He is the author of four books and of several contributions to leading Italian and international journals on issues of international litigation and arbitration, international investment law, human rights and international criminal law.
