Eduard Deibert was born on 01.06.1942 in Schatzen / Odessa Region, Ukrainian SSR. From 1949 to 1958, he went to school in the Komi ASSR - in the place of exile of his family. From 1959 to 1963, Eduard continued his education at an evening school in Karaganda, Kazakhstan. From 1958 to 1960, he also completed his vocational training and worked afterwards as a carpenter. During that time, Eduard Deibert tried to immi¬grate to Germany. In 1974, he was arrested for the demonstration organized in 1973
