Dr. David A. Zuberer is a Professor Emeritus of Soil Microbiology in the Department of Soil and Crop Sciences at Texas A&M University. He taught soil microbiology continuously for >30 years in addition to maintaining an active research program in nitrogen fixation and rhizosphere microbiology. He served as a Technical Editor of the Soil Biology and Biochemistry Division (S3) of the Soil Science Society of America Journal. He is a Fellow of both the American Society of Agronomy and the Soil
