He has been the Reserve Bank of India Chair Professor at IIM Bangalore, and Senior Economist at the Independent Evaluation Office of the International Monetary Fund, Washington, DC. Along with his official assignments and in-house policy notes, he has published extensively in reputed national journals and dailies.
