Bruno Bazile was born in 1961 in Saint-Nazaire and was an assiduous student at a fine arts school in Rennes, Brittany, until 1985. This is where he was first introduced to the world of comics, and joined Jean-Claude Fournier's artist workshop. Since then, he has collaborated with some of the finest authors in the genre throughout his long career, and has published works with the major French and Belgian publishers, including Dargaud, Dupuis, Soleil, Delcourt, Glénat, and more. In October 2019, he began a collaboration with scriptwriter Bernard Swysen on the collection "The Stars of History," published by Dupuis -- and Europe Comics in English -- which revisits the lives of some of the most colorful figures in the history of cinema.
