Andreas Jenny currently is Associate Professor in the departments of Developmental and Molecular Biology and Genetics at the Albert Einstein College of Medicine in New York. He received his PhD from the University of Basel, Switzerland for his work on mRNA 3’end processing with Dr. W. Keller. He then joined the lab of Dr. Anne Ephrussi at the EMBL in Heidelberg to study how mRNA localization leads to embryonic axis determination.
