Chef Adam Loo is a chef and entrepreneur. Born in the heart of Prince Edward Island’s farm country, Adam grew up and lived through twenty years in grueling kitchens, before opening his own restaurant, Ada Culinary Studio. He hopes his story inspires others in rural environments to become their own innovators. He lives with his wife and children in Charlottetown. Let Rise is his first book.
