Dr. Dheeraj Mittal  worked as Assistant Inspector General of Forests in the Forest Conservation Division in the Ministry of Environment, Forest and Climate Change, Government of India, New Delhi. He graduated from University of Delhi and was awarded Ph. D. in Plant Molecular Biology in 2013. He joined Indian Forest Service in the year 2012 and worked as Forest Officer in the State of Gujarat, India. He has worked in Gir National Park and Wildlife Sanctuary as protected area manager. He joined the Ministry of Environment Forest and Climate Change, Government of India as Assistant Inspector general of Forest and is working for Project Lion, Project Elephant and Forest Conservation. Dr. Mittal has published research articles, review articles/book chapters in International peer reviewed journals.

Dr. Dharmendra Kumar Gupta is working as Director(S)/Scientist-F at Ministry of Environment, Forest and Climate Change, Government of India, New Delhi. He has been awarded several International awards such as the Japan Society for the Promotion of Science (JSPS), the Belgian Science Policy Office (BELSPO), JAE-Doc. (Spain), TWAS-CNPq (Italy), Royal Society India Fellow (U.K.), MASAV (Israel) and Jawahar Lal Nehru Scholarship (India). Dr. Gupta has published more than 130 International peer reviewed original research/review articles/book chapters with total SCI factor of 454.80, h-Index 45 and i10 Index 100. The total citation of his work by other researchers is 8755 (Google Scholar). He has successfully completed 10 multidisciplinary research projects from International/National bodies. Besides, he also published 26 books from leading publishers. Till date, his books have been downloaded more than 3,00,000 times. He also served as Book Series editor for 2 book series.
