This book is divided into five main topics — structure and evolution; metallogenesis; plutonic rocks; metamorphic rocks; and ophiolites. In these topics, this text specifically discusses the Precambrian tectonics of North-East Africa; cratonic ore provinces separated by continental drift; peralkaline granite in the western part of the Arabian Shield; and Semail ophiolite and associated massive sulfide deposits.
