Kari Liuhto is Finland’s first Professor of Intelligence Studies at the National Defence University and the University of Turku.

Joonas Sipilä is Research Director at the Finnish Defence Command. He has worked in the Finnish Defence Forces in various positions since 2001. Sipilä is also an Associate Professor at the National Defence University.
