Menggang Li received the Ph.D. degree in applied economics from Beijing Jiaotong University, Beijing, China. He is currently the dean of the National Academy of Economic Security of Beijing Jiaotong University, the director of the Beijing Laboratory of National Economic Security Early-warning Engineering, the director of the Beijing Philosophy and Social Science Beijing Industrial Security and Development Research Base, and the chairman of the IEEE Professional Committee in Logistics, Informatics and Industrial Security System. His current research concerns national economic security, industrial economics, and industrial security.
Guowei Hua received the Ph.D. degree in management science and engineering from the Academy of Mathematics and Systems Science, Chinese Academy of Sciences, Beijing, in 2009. He is currently a professor with the School of Economics and Management, Beijing Jiaotong University, Beijing. His expertise is to focus on the problems of supply chain management, facility location, and operations management. He has authored or coauthored some 50 articles on leading international journals, such as European Journal of Operational Research, Omega, and Transportation Research Part E: Logistics and Transportation Review. His research interests include operations research and supply chain management, and theories and methods of smart logistics.
AnQiang Huang is the director of the Department of Logistics Management, holder of a doctoral degree from Beihang University, member of the Logistics Management Working Group of the Logistics Education Guidance Committee of the Ministry of Education, and director of the Key Laboratory of Logistics Technology and Management in Beijing and visiting renowned universities such as the University of Maryland in the United States, the University of Toronto in Canada, and the University of Liverpool John Moores in the United Kingdom. European Journal of Operational Research (EJOR), International Journal of Production Economics(IJPE), Transportation Part D, Expert reviewer for journals such as Systems Engineering Theory and Practice, Management Review, mainly engaged in research on prediction theory and intelligent algorithms, smart logistics, and logistics empirical analysis.
