Prof. B. B. Ahuja is a graduate of Mechanical Engineering with a post-graduate degree in Mechanical Engineering. For his doctorate, he did his research in the area of Hybrid Bearing Design for High-Speed Spindles at the College of Engineering, Pune (COEP). He also holds a Master’s degree in Management Science. Prof. B. B. Ahuja is the Director, College of Engineering, Pune and a Professor at the Department of Production Engineering & Industrial Management. He has to his credit over 130 technical published papers in National and International Journals and Conferences. His research papers have been widely cited, in technical papers and reference books. He has guided 21 Doctoral students, 89 postgraduate students and is credited with the establishment of CAD/CAM laboratory and indigenously developed FMS laboratory in the institute He is currently developing the 3D Printing lab and is working on a major project in Biomedical Engineering for developing Low-cost medical devices/implants which is sponsored by Rajiv Gandhi Science & Technology Commission Govt. of Maharashtra. He has worked on two major projects of DST and CSIR. His research has led to 14 patents being registered to his credit.


Dr S Pratap is an assistant professor in the Mechanical Engineering Department, IIT(BHU) VARANASI, UP. He also worked at IIIT (Jabalpur in the same capacity and as a research associate at IIT(Kharagpur). He got a Post-doctoral Fellowship at the University of Hong Kong. He published over 50 research papers in international journals and many more in various conferences. He authored three books. He is a recipient of Outstanding Reviewer Awards of two reputed journals and the IEI Young Engineer Award. He has been associated with the editorial works of many journals. He has lifetime membership in many societies like Institutions of Engineers (India), OPSEARCH etc..


Dr. Lakshay is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Mechanical Engineering Indian Institute of Technology (BHU), Varanasi. He obtained his Ph.D. degree from the Indian Institute of Technology Delhi. His research area includes Tourism management, Crowd disaster management, etc. He has published fifteen peer-reviewed international journal papers and conference papers.


Dr. Cherian Samuel is an associate professor in the Mechanical Engineering Department, IIT(BHU) VARANASI, UP. His research interest includes Supply Chain Management and Operations Management. He published over 50 research papers in international journals and many more in various conferences. He has life-time membership of many societies like Institutions of Engineers (India), etc.
